Pete the Hiking Machine, I finally got the Big Lummox back on the trail at Warriors Path State Park. He said it had been too cold to get out, it wasn't -20 so it wasn't too cold. Anyway, we were finishing up beginners hike on the Devil's Backbone Trail to the Fall Creek Loop.
It was a leisurely four miles made easier by the fact I didn't have extra weight to carry. But the Lummox did complain on the way back about how steep it was coming up from the lake, but I did all the work...he is such a pansy. Well, I was just glad to be back on the trail, anyway Pete signing off!
