I have mentioned before that I had to find a new place to shop for meat (after Harry's became Avalon) and I found that place in Wilkes Meat Market. Besides a great selection of chicken, beef and pork there is another reason to go the barbequed meat. I have tried the chicken here before, they have some of the best smoked chicken wings and there whole chickens are even better. Yesterday, I picked up some of the their Baby Back Pork Ribs. It was about quarter of a rack and a course they were really good. Oh, by the way the best part, they cost $1.99! But I shouldn't be surprised the whole smoked chickens are just $3.99.
