The end of July has passed and while wildflower season might have peaked you wouldn't know it by the number of specimens I found. There were many I had seen before but a lot I was seeing for the first time this year. One, in particular, was Turk"s Cap Lilles (cover photo) and Carolina Lillies (bottom photo).
