My Great Beard Challenge

There is something I have always wanted to do since the first time I watched Grizzly Adams and that is grow a beard. My Dad can grow one and a number of my friends can too, but I have always had the beard of a 12-year old schoolboy. So, now in my mid-40's I am going to attempt the impossible and try and grow one. Oh, just so you know this is NOT Duck Dynasty related (I never watch the show). So this blog will document my attempt to grow myself a beard. I will at least have an update on my progress once a week. I hope I can make it through this hot weather we have been having.
