Thursday was an excellent trip the highest point on Grandfather Mountain....Calloway Peak. Even with the mountain blanked in clouds, it was still a great trip and then there was the added bonus of the Blue Ridge Parkway and the wonderful spot of Ship Rock at the Rough Ridge Overlook and the world famous Linn Cove Viaduct. I wrote a blog on a review of the day, but as always I had a few more pictures which I will now share....enjoy!
