Yes, your eyes don't deceive you but it is October and Autumn is in full swing, but I still haven't finished my Wildflowers of Spring blog. So, I am finally getting around to the Wildflowers of the month of May. The reason I am just now getting around to this blog is two-fold. One I got busy and fell behind and the second I just had a lot of wildflowers to work through. From trilliums and violets early in the month to Rattlesnake Weed and Fire Pink to end it. However, the King of the Month...Mountain Laurel (more coming in a special blog). Soon I will have the special and a blog on the Wildflowers of Summer. So, that is enough said and let us get to the wildflowers.
