Since it is going to be a busy next couple of days so here is a short blog on our backpack to Grandfather Mountain on Tuesday and Wednesday.
I led a small group on an overnight up the Profile Trail to the Profile Campsite. On Tuesday we hiked up to Calloway Peak and then Wednesday back up top and I finished the Grandfather Trail as I have now completed all trails up and over Grandfather Mountain.

We also viewed the famous Grandfather Profile a few times. I will have a more detailed hike next week (I hope).
