Three-Days At The Heart Of The Holidays

Today is Boxing Day I am just getting up the blog on the Christmas Day portion of Yule because I made merry yesterday. We did gifts in the morning and then I helped with cooking the Holiday dinner. I was in charge of the Roast Beast (Standing Rib Roast), which came out yummy! After dinner, I built a Yule Fire & drank my present to myself.. the Bourbon Barrel Aged Ten Fidy! It may have been the best beer I have ever drank! After it, I had a few more. Today has been one where I have set back and rested.
