I will admit after going to Italy I am a little spoiled when it comes to pizza. So really good pizza can be hard to find, but one of the better places I have found is Cootie Brown's in Johnson City. I have eaten here before, but it had been a while. Tonight we had three different selections of pizza. The first was the Wood Burner, which has sun-dried tomatoes, spinach and goat cheese. Our second was the Italiano which was like the Wood Burner, but has pecorino romano instead of goat cheese. Our final choice was the Prosciutto Di Parma which, unlike the other two, it doesn't have tomato sauce (olive oil base) but sliced ones. It also has fresh basil and argugla drizzled with balsamic vinegar, but best of all it has sliced Prosciutto ham. While all three are excellent my personal favorite is the Prosciutto Di Parma. They also have a good key lime pie. So if you are in Johnson City and want pizza you can't go wrong with Cootie Brown's.
