Since I had no signal today in Cades Cove I was unable to do a Live Blog of my Day Hike in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park with the Harvey Broome Group of the Sierra Club, so here is a short Day Blog. We did quite a bit of hiking, with some off-trail. We visited a number of old cabins, cemeteries and made a return to the Pearl Harbor Tree. Oh, and as is always the case with Cades Cove plenty of beautiful vistas. I will have a blog with more pictures, soon!
