Well, today is Easter I try not to speak about it too much when Pete's around because he hates Peter Cottontail and ever thing to do with Easter. Anyway, I like eating and drinking wine so it is a good excuse to do both. This year I was in charge of cooking the lamb roast while Terry made the au gratin potatoes, spinach, and deviled eggs. Oh, and dessert was blackberry cobbler which was a great finish to the meal. All-in-all everything was good and so was the wine...but we left Pete upstairs.
