Well, after all the events of January, I finally got back out on the Appalachian Trail at Chestoa outside of Erwin, Tuesday. I will write more later, but I hiked to Cliff Ridge above Nolichucky Gorge and out Temple Hill Ridge. After six miles of hiking I got my AT Passport stamped at Uncle Johnny's Nolichucky Hostel & Outfitters. I then stopped by the Watauga Ranger District Station and then headed for lunch at the Whistle Stop Cafe both in Unicoi (I will also blog about this soon). I finished the day at One Stop where I got a growler of Oskar's Ten Fidy.
